Driving Force Gt Macbook
Have you felt the sting of Sunday afternoon envy watching F1 drivers frolic in their hydraulic simulators like giddy children on priceless corporate bucking bronco rides? 'I could probably go quicker than that' you whisper through gritted teeth, 'if only my dad had spent all his money on karting licences instead of bourgeois nonsense like mortgages and food'.
Recent Logitech Driving Force GT Wheel for Playstation 2, PlayStation3 questions, problems & answers. Free expert DIY tips, support, troubleshooting help & repair advice for all Video Game Consoles & Games. This is a list of video games compatible with Logitech's GT Force, Driving Force, Driving Force Pro, Driving Force GT, G29, G25, G27, Logitech Speed Force Force Feedback Wheel for Gamecube and Logitech Wii Speed Force Wireless Wheel.
But until Red Bull Racing spot you executing perfect doughnuts in Homebase car park and decide to offer you a racing contract, the closest you'll get to the pro race driver life is getting a decent force feedback steering wheel and loading up an unforgiving racing sim.
Logitech's Driving Force GT is such a wheel. Decent. It'll work on PC or PS3, and the Gran Turismo logo on the front hints it's better suited to the latter, where expectations are lower.
Right enough, there's convincing force feedback, but compared to the superlative G27 in Logitech's arsenal it hardly compares. Gear shifting is the Driving Force GT's real bogey, though. Lacking paddles, the wheel-mounted buttons feel stiff and unsatisfying and the flimsy stick offers little relief.
It's capable then, but at £100 it's not worth the money and dangerously close to the greatly superior G25, also in the Logitech camp. Consider only if you want cross-platform driving.

Driving Force Gt Manual
Hi everyone, I just wanted to share my experience with the driving force GT wheel I just purchased. I had experienced driving with a wheel with that same DGT for GT5 and a few years later with a G25 for GT6 and really enjoyed it. Since I am cheap, I thought finding a DGT on ebay or else would be my best option. I found one for $10 (yes, you read that well: 10!) on Craigslist and purchased a Cronus Max adapter for $60. It really works like a charm (still havent found how to map the Options button though). Now this is not the premium wheel experience one might get with a G29 or even a G25, G27 or maybe the Thrustmaster wheels. But you could find a DGT for probably $70-80 +$60 for the Cronus and your experience will be transformed. GTS is really good with a gamepad but driving with a wheel just transcends the experience. Initially I went to Target and a wooden table for $8 to use as support (remember, I am cheap). After a few minutes, I realized this wasn't going to work. The table wasn't sturdy enough. I decided to purchase a wheelstand. There are tons of options on ebay and amazon. I decided to go with the cheapest (do I need to mention it again?) wheelstand made by Next Level and what a nice surprise it was. This thing is about 20lbs (8kilos) and is very sturdy. It just doesn't move at all and still can be folded and hidden away. This was about $150. So I spent about $200 for the setup and I cant say it enough: it really improved my experience drastically. In retrospect, I would have probably looked for a used G25 or G27. I believe they have two force feedback motors (maybe not the g25) and most importantly the H gate shifter and the third pedal. I didn't use the H shifter that much in GT6 since my times were significantly worst and given the competitive nature of GTS I probably wouldn't use that much. But driving an F40 with a H gate shifter was a really cool experience. One thing to keep in mind as well is tht with the cronus Max I believe you could find just about any wheel and make it work on your Ps4. I focused on looking for logitech wheels cause that's what I knew but I imagine there might be tons of other cheaper otpions. or not.. See you on the servers and race clean!
