Update-
my email wouldn't send - support answered my request right away and I ended up selecting certain servers and back online! Excellent support. The below still happens.
Note- I have found some websites will block me until I disconnect the VPN, then turn it back on. No big deal because it’s not that often. I also ended up choosing my server as the default often was in Canada and everytime I went to a website to buy something, it would redirect me to their Canadian site. Easy to use - I have it on my phone and iPad. I bought the lifetime plan and am glad I did!

Fastest I’ve Seen/Best Customer Support, Too!
Every other VPN I’ve tried has produced slowdowns from very noticeable to downright annoying. VPN Unlimited is the fastest one I’ve tried, and I have several “lifetime subscriptions” with other VPN services. I don’t regret purchasing the other services because free services and free trials don’t always tell the story until you’ve put some skin in the game.
I did experience a minor glitch with the desktop version for my iMac and MacBook Pro. Initially I’d get a message that I didn’t have an Internet connection, or that it was too slow. I devised a workaround, but it was annoying. When I contacted Customer Support, they were in touch with me in minutes and gave me detailed instructions on how to fix my problem, and it worked. Their Customer Support is a really big thing with me. I liked the absence of a slowdown you get with most VPNs, but if they’re ready to jump on your problem to get it fixed quickly, then I’ll recommend VPN Unlimited to everyone!

Smooth user experience
At first I was concerned that my Internet usage would become choppy after installing a VPN but VPN Unlimited proved those concerns to be unfounded. I did have a problem sending emails (they wouldn't leave my OutBox) but VPN Unlimited customer service instructed me on how to fix that.* It worked! Great customer service, very sincerely interested in helping to fix whatever issues might arise. I have had only a couple issues since I started using this service but they have been addressed and corrected.
*The fix for my email problem was, in Settings, under Protocols, Disable 'Optimal', choose 'KeepSolid Wise TCP' and connect to 'US-California 1, Canada-Ontario, Romania, Luxembourg or Paris servers.'
